We're seeking an experienced Commercial Planning Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Planning function, you will be responsible for designing and executing the go-to-market model for our Food vertical.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute city rollout plans to ensure timely market launches
- Define and align route-to-market models with sales capacity
- Manage sales team capacity planning and allocation by territory
- Develop prioritization models for commercial approaches
- Oversee territory mapping and ownership for sales teams
- Coordinate GTM packages (commercial policy, slots, promotions)
- Align sales pitch and playbook with sales leadership
- Coach senior analysts to deliver high-quality planning outputs
- Proven experience in Sales Planning, Commercial Operations, or Go-to-Market functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing teams and coordinating complex rollouts
- Knowledge of salesforce capacity planning, route-to-market, or GTM design
- Fluency in English (mandatory) - frequent collaboration with global teams
- Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and deliver practical execution plans
