This is a critical role in our product journey. We are looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer and AWS Solutions Architect to partner with our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • We collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new financial products with modern architectures.
  • You will work with technology leaders to design and integrate solutions, seeking consensus on proposals.
  • Manage and guide other software engineers on your team.
  • Break down broad deliverables into actionable building blocks and leverage resources to complete them within a timeline.
  • Maintain awareness of firmwide technology strategy and ensure designs meet modernization standards.
Requirements
  • Strong experience with Java/React (JavaScript) and technical leadership.
  • Excellent skills in AWS services and proven experience with AWS-based solutions.
  • Desirable: Financial services experience.
  • Effective communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills; agile working habits.
  • Broad understanding of firmwide technology strategy and continuous learning mindset.
