Sales and Client Engagement Professional

Job Overview:

  • We seek a highly organized and strategic individual to fill the Sales and Client Engagement Professional role.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development and implementation of integrated marketing strategies to promote campus event spaces, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  2. Assist in executing multi-channel campaigns across various platforms, including email, digital ads, social media, newsletters, and print materials.
  3. Respond to internal and external event inquiries, assessing needs and gathering relevant information to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  4. Support client site visits and planning discussions by preparing necessary materials and offering input on event requirements to ensure seamless execution.
  5. Monitor event-related charges and assist with preparing accurate invoices to maintain financial transparency.
  6. Collaborate with the department team to plan and deliver summer conferences and camps, leveraging expertise to drive program success.
  7. Maintain and update department website content to ensure accuracy, ease of navigation, and optimal user experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Business, Marketing, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
  • Three to five years of relevant work experience.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and financial tracking tools to drive data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities to navigate complex situations.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering open communication and mutual support.
