Buscojobs Brasil is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join its team in São Paulo. This role focuses on helping portfolio companies solve their most pressing talent challenges. As part of the Kaszek team, you'll collaborate closely with innovative, high-growth startups across Latin America to help them build world-class teams, implement strategic hiring programs, and advise on broader HR initiatives.

What You'll Do:
  1. Partner with portfolio companies to understand their talent needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.
  2. Lead a range of talent acquisition projects focused on attracting, sourcing, and securing top executive and specialist talent.
  3. Advise startup founders and leaders on best practices in talent acquisition, from executive search to team development strategies.
  4. Collaborate with Kaszek's internal team to leverage resources, insights, and networks that accelerate hiring success for our portfolio.
  5. Track and report on key metrics, ensuring effective talent solutions that align with each company's growth stage and culture.
Who You Are:
  1. Experienced Talent Acquisition Professional: At least 6 years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in Executive Search within the tech or digital space—experience in a tech startup or at a reputable search firm preferred.
  2. Bilingual Proficiency: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
  3. Strategic Thinker: Skilled at crafting innovative recruiting strategies tailored to the needs of high-growth companies and can balance multiple projects across diverse sectors and teams.
  4. Relationship-Builder: Known for building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners; skilled at influencing and advising key stakeholders.
  5. Passion for Startups: Energized by the fast-paced, high-impact environment of venture-backed startups and driven to help them succeed.
  6. Adaptable and Proactive: Comfortable with ambiguity, ready to adapt quickly to new challenges, and proactive in finding solutions that benefit both Kaszek and our portfolio companies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Talent Acquisition, with experience working in Executive Search within the tech or digital space. Fluency in Portuguese and English is required, and proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus. The salary for this position is estimated to be around R$80,000 - R$120,000 per year, depending on experience.
