Job Title: Process Improvement Developer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in database development and business intelligence, focusing on creating scalable data solutions and delivering actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain relational databases and data models.
  • Write and optimize stored procedures, views, functions, and complex queries.
  • Build and manage ETL processes to ingest and transform data from various sources.
  • Monitor database performance, ensure data integrity, and implement security best practices.
  • Work closely with backend developers and data architects to support efficient data architecture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a database development role.
  • At least 2 years of hands-on experience building Power BI dashboards and data models.
  • Proficient in SQL and strong understanding of data modeling principles.
  • Advanced knowledge of DAX and Power Query (M).
  • Experience with ETL tools or processes such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or custom-built pipelines.
