Job Title

The role of Business Development Manager plays a vital part in the customer's journey with our solutions.

This professional oversees key customer milestones throughout the entire lifecycle, from initial engagement through system provisioning and monitoring implementation progress, to business case achievement.

  • Succeed in a comprehensive learning program that enhances your skills in this critical customer-facing function.
  • Engage in experiential learning with a focus on digital transformation, global intelligence, human skills, business acumen, technology knowledge, solution awareness, and strategic planning.
  • Develop expertise around managing customer relationships, driving value realization, and retaining customers within their assigned solution portfolio.
  • Receive in-depth onboarding and training by a senior professional in the field.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Business Transformation Management (BTM) - In-depth knowledge of Business Process Management/Business Process Automation applications.
  2. Customer Experience (CX) - Understanding of e-commerce, sales, customer service, and marketing processes.
  3. Supply Chain Management (SCM) - Knowledge in Supply Chain, Asset Management, Manufacturing, Logistics, or Product and Project lifecycle management.
  4. Business Technology Platform (BTP) & Business Data Cloud (BDC) - Familiarity with database and data management, analytics, application development and integration, intelligent technologies, and AI.
