A dynamic role for a customer success professional to drive growth and satisfaction through effective leadership and strategic planning.
- Lead customer success efforts for mobile advertising clients, developing and implementing strategies to drive growth and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as customers' primary point of contact, building strong relationships with key players in the mobile programmatic space.
- Own communication with customers and liaise with internal teams to ensure positive outcomes and overcome roadblocks.
- Have a comprehensive understanding of our customers' needs and business, ensuring their goals are met and providing strategic counsel.
- Identify growth opportunities (cross-sell & upsell).
Campaign Management:
- Supervise and lead strategic campaigns autonomously, responsible for the planning and revision of mobile marketing campaigns using programmatic tools.
- Structure insightful analyses to improve campaign performance.
- Provide reports and identify challenges, opportunities, and recommendations for both internal teams and customers to continuously improve operations.
Requirements:
- Graduated in Business Administration, Marketing, or have a comparable proven academic record.
- Commercial drive and customer-focused profile.
- +2 years experience in sales and/or digital marketing.
- Proficient at data handling, analysis, and report building.
- Superior attention to detail with high accuracy.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Ambitious self-starter who enjoys challenges and continuous learning.
