Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Sales Manager to lead our Latam market expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic relationships with key customers.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis and Strategy
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Latam market.
Customer Engagement and Relationship BuildingDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing relevant solutions.
Product Updates and TrainingHandle product updates, training, and customer presentations to ensure customers are aware of the latest offerings and capabilities.
Account Management and Funnel Follow-upFollow up on account designs and product lines in the regional funnel, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers.
Sales Force Training and SupportTrain and support the sales force and rep firms/distributors on product lines, and follow up on opportunities to ensure successful sales outcomes.
Reporting and Data ManagementCreate monthly Latam discussion reports on leads, technical evaluations, meeting plans, and roadmap calls, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available.
Event Participation and Lead GenerationParticipate in tradeshows and events to identify new accounts and products that use cellular modules, and obtain contact information to follow up on potential leads.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical sales and marketing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic plans
- Experience in sales force training and support
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data management
