
Clinical Strategy Director

This is a high-level leadership position that plays a crucial role in the delivery of clinical trials.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure timely and successful project execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Develop effective strategies to meet project targets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to risk mitigation plans.
- Work strategically to realize clinical project goals, including setting and developing clinical strategies.
- Ensure quality delivery by identifying standards, planning measurement, monitoring, and overseeing management of quality issues.
- Manage project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC).
- Collaborate with other Clinical Leads to deliver large, global trials.
- Mentor and coach new peers as they transition into clinical lead roles.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a scientific discipline.
- At least 10 years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
- Consolidated knowledge of Project Management practices and terminology.
- High proficiency in using systems and technology to achieve work objectives.
- Good knowledge of project finances.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
