High-Level Leadership Opportunity

This is a high-level leadership position that plays a crucial role in the delivery of clinical trials.

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely and successful project execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop effective strategies to meet project targets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage clinical risks throughout the project lifecycle and contribute to risk mitigation plans.
  • Work strategically to realize clinical project goals, including setting and developing clinical strategies.
  • Ensure quality delivery by identifying standards, planning measurement, monitoring, and overseeing management of quality issues.
  • Manage project finances, including Estimate at Completion (EAC).
  • Collaborate with other Clinical Leads to deliver large, global trials.
  • Mentor and coach new peers as they transition into clinical lead roles.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or a scientific discipline.
  • At least 10 years of clinical research/monitoring experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) guidelines.
  • Consolidated knowledge of Project Management practices and terminology.
  • High proficiency in using systems and technology to achieve work objectives.
  • Good knowledge of project finances.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
