Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Nubank is expanding its internal controls landscape to ensure continued innovation and growth. The Business Control Office team requires an experienced Regulatory Compliance Specialist to help elevate compliance management within the 1st line of Defense.

This role involves driving the regulatory agenda in the 1st line with clear accountability and responsibility, supporting prioritized teams facing regulatory challenges, and providing expertise on applicable regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prioritize, build relationships across all levels of the organization, and communicate effectively.

The successful candidate will coordinate responses to regulators and external/internal auditors, support compliance planning and coordination, and empower product teams to make compliance a competitive advantage in the innovation process.
