Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled engineer to design and implement scalable infrastructure for data platforms.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in infrastructure provisioning with Terraform, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Linux systems administration, and shell scripting.

This role involves automating deployment and provisioning using CI/CD pipelines, monitoring system performance, and working with other teams to improve and automate processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in a similar position
  • 3+ years of infrastructure development experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Hands-on experience in infrastructure provisioning with Terraform
  • 3+ years of building and managing CI/CD pipelines and monitoring systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Linux systems administration and shell scripting. (Nice to have)
  • Proficient in Python. (Nice to have)
About the Role:

This is an opportunity to work with software engineers to help them learn, adapt, and adopt core cloud management tools and best practices.

You will also be responsible for developing documentation and training material, as well as evangelizing these technologies and capabilities to the broader engineering organization.
