Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional to assume key contract responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compose, review and negotiate complex commercial contracts including non-disclosure agreements, statements of work and master services agreements.
  • Negotiate software subscription and consulting service sales agreements.
  • Advise clients on open source licensing models and subscription business practices.
  • Support and mentor global sales teams.
  • Collaborate with product and finance teams to resolve contractual disputes.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related inquiries.

Requirements:

  • Law degree from a reputable institution and OAB license to practice law in Brazil.
  • Demonstrated interest in software, information technology or related legal issues.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in contract negotiation within the technology industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and drafting skills as demonstrated through work experience.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
