Job Summary

XCMG Group seeks a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to develop strategic plans for sales, marketing, and communication in the industry. The ideal candidate will have experience in market expansion, distribution chain management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic plans for sales, marketing, and communication in the industry.
  • Develop market expansion policies and strategic planning for managing the distribution chain.
  • Negotiate with the dealership chain and act as an interface between sales managers and the industry.
  • Implement actions to promote the institutional image and participate in sales campaigns.
  • Implement customer service and contribute to the development and implementation of actions to increase market share.
  • Establish commercial policy, research the market, and analyze market trends and economic and financial factors.
  • Establish and monitor executive goals and performance indicators.
  • Identify resource needs and prepare budgets and plan the rationalization of resource use.
Requirements
  • Completed higher education in mechanical engineering, marketing management, or related fields.
  • Commercial or project experience in the heavy machinery industry is preferred.
