Sales Operations Manager

Job responsibility


1.Develop strategic plans for the areas of sales, marketing and communication for the industry;

2.Develop market expansion policies, strategic planning for managing the distribution chain;

3.Negotiate with the dealership chain, act as an interface between sales managers and the industry;

4.Implement actions to promote the institutional image (internal and external audiences), participate in sales campaigns;

5.Implement customer service, contribute to the development and implementation of actions to increase market share, establish communication policies and procedures;

6.Establish commercial policy, research the market, analyze market trends, analyze economic and financial factors;

7.Establish and monitor executive goals and performance indicators;

8.Identify resource needs, prepare budgets, plan rationalization of resource use;

9.Carry out other related activities necessary for the good development of the sector.


Job requirements:


1.Completed higher education in mechanical engineering, marketing management major or related fields;

2.Commercial or project experience in the heavy machinery industry is preferred.
