The Company:

My client, an established leader in wire and cable manufacturing, specialise in high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage power solutions. They are committed to delivering sustainable and energy efficient products, as well as integrated power systems to clients world wide .They are now seeking a Sales Manager to manage key client accounts, drive growth in offshore and interconnector projects, and develop strategies to strengthen market position across the Americas region.


The Role:

  • Identify technology needs and develop strategies to improve market position.
  • Work closely with internal teams on project alignment and execution.
  • Drive sales by generating leads
  • Analyse competitors and create regional market strategies.
  • Develop business and sales plans with cross-functional teams.
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with customers.
  • Gather and share market insights using CRM tools.

The Person:

  • Experience in key account management or sales within energy or related sectors
  • Knowledge of HVDC/HVAC offshore projects
  • Proven ability to build client relationships and develop strategic sales plans
  • Strong analytical skills for competitive and market analysis
  • Experience collaborating across departments (e.g., Engineering, Commercial)
