Business Intelligence Leadership Role
This role drives strategic decision-making across the organization. The Business Intelligence Lead will be responsible for analyzing complex business problems and developing insightful solutions using data from internal and external sources.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement reporting frameworks to meet business needs, leveraging data visualization and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to measure success.
- Lead project teams to deliver high-impact projects, driving business outcomes through data-driven insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Management, Engineering, or related field.
- 6-8 years of business experience, or Master's degree with 4-6 years of experience, or PhD with 3-5 years of experience.
- Expert-level skills in Tableau Desktop Developer, Power BI Developer, R, SQL, DevOps, Excel, Alteryx, Snowflake.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams and developing innovative solutions to complex problems.
- 3+ years of project management experience in highly visible solutions used broadly across the organization.
- Experience in design and prototyping dynamic views and visualizations for large and complex data sets in Tableau and/or Power BI.
