Strategic Growth Manager

As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will spearhead the expansion of Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) among Amazon's third-party seller community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize in-depth expertise in FBA and stakeholder management to drive growth and enable success of top sellers.
  • Analyze seller data to identify opportunities for increased FBA enrollment, inventory, and sales.
  • Collaborate with 3P Account Managers to develop targeted FBA growth plans.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advise stakeholders on growth strategies.
  • Promote FBA benefits to sellers, presenting data-driven business cases.
A Day in the Life:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding and enabling sellers and their Account Managers.
  • Drive measurable growth across the 3P ecosystem using collaborative approach and deep FBA expertise.
  • Analyze seller performance data to uncover gaps and high-impact growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in sales or business development role, preferably in e-commerce and retail industries.
  • Ability to set and achieve high-bar goals, work in fast-paced environment, and deal with ambiguity.
  • Effective data analytical skills and strong written and verbal English skills.
  • 3+ years working experience and BA/BS degree preferred.

Ideal candidates have a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships, data analysis, and expert communication.
