Job Opportunity

We seek a skilled Virtual Medical Assistant to provide exceptional support to clients and their patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure every client/patient has a positive experience
  • Respond promptly to client and patient inquiries within service level agreements
  • Prioritize patient needs based on medical urgency
  • Develop end-of-day reports on bookings and conversions
  • Handle various tasks independently and simultaneously
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field; medical degree preferred
  • Bilingual English and Spanish fluency
  • HIPAA Certification (highly recommended)
  • 1-3 years of USA healthcare industry experience
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a doctor's office
  • Prior dermatology office experience required
  • Scheduling experience essential
