As a senior analyst in identity security, you will play a key role in supporting and delivering the enterprise strategy for identity management. Identity is a critical component of our organization's information security function and must continue to evolve to support the adoption of enabling technologies like cloud-hosted data centers and software as a service.

An accurate, stable identity platform is essential for us to manage access to our digital assets effectively. To be successful in this role, you will need a university degree in engineering, IT, or computer science, or equivalent work experience.

You should have solid work experience with Microsoft and OKTA technology systems and authentication and authorization standards. Strong English verbal and written communication skills are also required.

The key responsibilities of this role include supporting and developing the identity systems, maintaining and improving the information security posture for identity and cyber security, and service management addressing requests escalated by tier 2 support.

Additionally, you will design, integrate, and manage platforms for current and future security and identity services. You will be the primary point of contact for security and identity in the region responsible for all issues.

Other key responsibilities include contributing to capacity planning, metrics, licensing, and reporting for MFA, Self-Service Password Reset, and Azure AD, as well as advocating for identity and directories security services in the region.

You will also be responsible for knowledge management, disaster recovery, change management, and process documentation, and contribute towards the planning of annual CAB and variable budgets.

Lastly, you will ensure regulatory compliance with global data privacy laws and identify and execute changes to reduce cost and increase the robustness of the services.
