A leading company is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Automation and Instrumentation Designer.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in executive engineering projects, specifically in the Mining and Steel sectors. They should be proficient in 3D modeling using integrated environments (BIM) and have knowledge of control systems (DCS/PLC and SCADA). Additionally, they should have experience with instrumentation and industrial automation in the mining sector.
The selected individual will work on engineering projects during conceptual, basic, and detailed phases in Automation, Instrumentation, and Telecommunications disciplines. Their responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing project documents, such as instrument layout plans and control system configurations. They will also interface with other disciplines, including piping, systems, process, mechanical, and electrical.
About You- Experience in executive engineering projects in Mining and Steel sectors.
- Proficient in 3D modeling using integrated environments (BIM).
- Familiarity with control systems (DCS/PLC and SCADA).
- Knowledge of instrumentation and industrial automation in the mining sector.
- Desirable: Experience in project implementation.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate Spanish.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, AutoCAD / Volo View, Revit, Navis, and Plant3D.
