Key Responsibilities- Manage key account clients and support the strategic expansion of the local customer base
- Develop and implement sales and marketing action plans to increase brand awareness and improve performance
- Prospect for new business opportunities and implement contracts
- Train and qualify distribution channels and recommend sales and marketing strategies
- Conduct regular sales analysis and reporting meetings and provide continuous client reporting and communication
- Participate in fairs, events, and workshops to promote JetSmart's products
- Degree in business administration, tourism, economics, communication, marketing, or related fields
- Extensive professional experience in tourism sales, including at least one airline
- Good knowledge and connections with the tourist trade in Brazil in the area of leisure and corporate, travel trends, and consumer behavior
- Strong sales orientation in the airline and tourism sector
- Fluent English (spoken and written) and Spanish (spoken)
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office programs, and excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
