We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of A&R Manager for the South Cone region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Discovery: Identify, sign and develop artists, producers and labels with potential in the South Cone markets.
  • Negotiation and Agreement Coordination: Lead the negotiation of A&R and distribution agreements for local and independent artists, ensuring competitive terms that align with our strategic objectives.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with independent labels, artists and managers.
  • Distribution Network Management: Oversee the integration of signed artists into our global distribution network, ensuring seamless execution of digital and physical distribution agreements (via ADA).
  • Market Research and Strategy Development: Explore new business opportunities and consumer trends in the South Cone to develop strategies that expand our presence in emerging genres and territories.
  • Project Planning and Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure fluid agreement coordination and successful project planning for artists and projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of artist development, deal negotiation and distribution management, with a strong understanding of the South Cone music market and its dynamics. They will have excellent analytical skills to inform decision-making, as well as exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the region.
