Program Director for Retail Banking Portfolio

Drive transformative programs across engineering verticals from anywhere in the US. This fully remote role offers flexibility and hands-on engagement with our nationwide retail banking portfolio.

Manage multi-million dollar portfolios, lead emergency response protocols, create executive dashboards, and drive engineering efficiency initiatives with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute programs spanning several verticals within the engineering group.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, business, and technical leaders to align functional solutions and execute program plans.
  • Continuously improve by detecting systematic issues and risks, working with colleagues to resolve them.
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years in commercial facility operations.
  • Extensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems in commercial/critical facilities.
  • Managerial experience with direct and indirect reports; ability to align peers through vision and trust.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate well in both oral and written forms.
  • Fundamental skills in critical systems such as emergency/stand-by generators, HVAC, and BAS/BMS technologies.
  • Ability to respond 24/7 as needed in emergencies and business-impacting incidents.
