About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Latin America. As a key member of our Sustainability Growth Unit, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth in our SAP Cloud for Sustainable Enterprises solution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their business goals and objectives.
  • Develop and execute customer success plans to ensure customers achieve maximum value from our solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address customer needs and pain points.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to customers to help them achieve their sustainability goals.
  • Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solution and its capabilities to effectively communicate value to customers.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer success or a related field, with a strong track record of driving customer growth and retention.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese, with the ability to communicate effectively in all three languages.
