Becoming a successful customer experience consultant requires a unique blend of technical expertise, interpersonal skills, and business acumen. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients across various industries, providing personalized support and guidance throughout their mobility journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive calls with customers to welcome them, advise on authorized services, and connect at meaningful moments throughout the move
  • Engage and adopt new technology enhancements, sharing updates and promoting high usage of tools and self-service support
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in mobility programs, learning and understanding available services and translating them confidently when speaking to each individual customer's needs
  • Work to fully understand customer needs and concerns by asking questions, listening carefully, and using expertise to provide sound guidance
  • Regularly utilize digital solutions to access client information and ensure timely and accurate conveyance to customers
  • Tailor interactions and services to respond to each customer's unique scenarios and concerns
  • Ability to advise on services delivered by supplier partners and troubleshoot across service lines
  • Manage a high volume of customer files seamlessly, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Partner internally with other customer support teams to ensure all customer needs are promptly met

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • University degree or 3-4 years' work experience in a customer experience field
