Successful product managers oversee all stages of product development, launch, pricing, and profitability. They are responsible for supporting sales and marketing efforts, maintaining products in line with market demand, and increasing market share and company profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategies to support sales through resource planning, controlling, and prioritizing resources (technicians, analysts, engineers) while conducting market analyses to gain competitive ground and monitor product lifecycles.
  • Coordinate studies and market research, develop and communicate marketing plans, and present local technical demands to the global team.
  • Define portfolio, volume, and pricing strategies for the domestic market, considering technical, logistical, tax, and import aspects.
  • Act as a technical representative for the country in the global team, presenting research results and local demands to ensure commercial objectives and brand expansion.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering; MBA in People Management is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge in low-voltage drives or automation systems (PLC, DCS).
  • Familiarity with industrial markets such as pulp and paper, food and beverage, water and wastewater, metallurgy, chemicals, oil & gas, mining, among others.
  • Previous experience in technical and commercial product promotion.
  • Prior experience in team management is desirable.
  • Fluent English required for conversation and collaboration with global teams.
