Accounting specialists are in high demand across various industries. To meet this need, we seek a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting Coordinator to oversee our clients' financial operations.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate accounting routines ensuring timely and accurate recording of financial transactions in accordance with regulatory frameworks such as GAAP and IFRS.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including forecasting and budget preparation.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external audits, guaranteeing compliance and transparency.
- Supervise and support the accounting team, promoting ongoing development and technical excellence.
- Ensure timely submission of statutory obligations and provide reliable financial data to inform business decisions.
- Foster effective communication between local offices and international headquarters.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (active registration required).
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and industry-specific accounting practices.
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP or Oracle.
- Fluent English language proficiency is mandatory.
- Multinational experience is highly desirable.
- Postgraduate degree or MBA in Accounting or related fields.
- Spanish language proficiency is an asset.
