Job Overview

MGID is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Publisher Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new publishers to integrate into our native advertising platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new publishers and expand existing relationships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with publishers, content websites, media groups, and other industry stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new publishers into our platform
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the native advertising market and its evolving trends
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices to ensure MGID remains a leader in the space
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in publisher acquisition and development
  • Strong business development skills and a proven track record of success in acquiring new business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with publishers and other stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be a plus:

  • Experience with AdTech/MarTech platforms and tools
  • Knowledge of native advertising platforms and technologies
  • Spanish fluency
  • Experience with CRM tools and analytics platforms
