We are seeking a skilled Traffic Operations Manager to oversee the allocation of resources across business lines and experiments.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and optimize in-app traffic resources to ensure consistent operations;
- Identify new traffic opportunities to maximize value and expand services reach;
- Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive improvements;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on resource usage and deliver improvements efficiently;
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in operations, growth, business operations, or similar roles;
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in SQL and Excel/Google Sheets;
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills;
- Experience working with PMs, operations, and technical teams;
