Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused professional to manage contracts between our company and local 3PL partners. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts ensuring timely execution and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Coordinate with legal teams to localize and optimize standard contract templates for improved efficiency and risk mitigation.
  • Track contract performance and identify potential compliance risks to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with 3PL partners or similar logistics companies.
