Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. This individual will be responsible for leading revenue growth initiatives, optimizing cost efficiency, and ensuring long-term profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven performance analysis processes to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of performance gaps and develop corrective action plans to drive measurable improvement.
  • Design and implement continuous performance optimization frameworks to enhance efficiency and growth.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
  • 3-6 years of experience in project management, revenue operations, FP&A, or business process optimization.
  • Strong understanding of pricing models, incentive programs, and financial forecasting.
  • Proven ability to build and execute governance frameworks, cost optimization, and revenue initiatives.
  • Advanced data analysis and financial modeling skills.
