About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Market Development Specialist to join our team in Mato Grosso, Brazil. As a key member of our Brazilian subsidiary, you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer success in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute market development strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Provide technical and sales training to our partners and customers, ensuring they achieve optimal results with our products.
  • Offer exceptional customer support, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Extract and analyze customer feedback to inform product improvements and business decisions.
  • Support regional logistics and ensure seamless execution of field demonstrations and product onboarding.
  • Monitor and enhance customer success, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our current and potential clients, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration.
  • Represent our organization at industry events, conferences, and trade shows, showcasing our products and expertise.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in agronomy or a related field.
  • Excellent written and spoken language skills in Portuguese and English.
  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the agricultural sector.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Strong knowledge of Brazilian agriculture and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • CRM experience and excellent customer service skills.
  • Good personal organization and management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Sensitivity to different cultural norms and the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.
