Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Country Manager to lead and scale our LATAM operations. This role is focused on driving productivity, quality, and strategic growth.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing, scaling, and setting up IT/Tech teams, ensuring smooth delivery and operational excellence. They must be adept at building and inspiring high-performing teams, driving compliance and retention, and cultivating trusted long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all LATAM resources to ensure productivity and quality.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, HR compliance, and performance management.
  • Monitor attrition rates and implement proactive retention strategies.
  • Drive employee satisfaction through engagement programs, career development, and structured feedback channels.
  • Manage and scale tech operations and delivery teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical delivery.
  • Provide credible oversight in technical discussions with clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and customers across LATAM.
  • Act as the primary liaison for client needs, service delivery, and customer success.
  • Represent the company at local and regional events, forums, and client meetings.
  • Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and alignment with corporate policies.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and global teams for seamless cross-functional workflows.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular updates to regional/global leadership.
  • Adapt and execute market-specific strategies aligned with global objectives.
  • Support resource allocation and cost optimization.
  • Provide local market intelligence to inform global strategic decisions.
