About the Role

The Customer Success Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the customer support team's performance and ensuring they deliver exceptional service to clients. This role requires a strong leader who can guide the team in achieving their goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the customer support team to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and efficiency.
  • Maintain open communication with the team, stakeholders, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration and issue resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a leadership position.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.

Work Environment
