As a Payroll Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our payroll processes, from pre-processing to post-processing.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Execute the payroll process, including pre-processing, processing, and post-processing.
  • Calculate payment and taxes accurately and efficiently.
  • Generate audit reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Continuously evolve with the area's processes and update documentation as changes are implemented.
  • File necessary documents and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor performance indicators and control processes in the HR area.
  • Participate in projects in the HR area and collaborate with the IT area to deliver results on time and with quality.
  • Perform payroll activities with quality and within stipulated deadlines, adhering to company rules and current legislation.

**Requirements:**

  • Graduation in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and social charges.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • Previous experience in a Payroll position in organizations of similar size.
  • Intermediate/advanced English or Spanish.

**Desirable:**

  • Extension course in Human Resources.
  • Course on labor legislation.
  • Knowledge of the SAP platform (HR Payroll module).
  • Payroll knowledge of SA countries.
