Healthcare Financial Professional

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Associate. This role involves contributing to complex analyses and projects related to employer health and group benefit programs.

As a key member of the community, you will interface with vendors and client service teams, prepare and communicate complex analyses, and ensure quality standards are met.

  • Develop knowledge of varying client complexities by working across different profiles.
  • Demonstrate advanced/expert knowledge in employee benefit plan design, underwriting, funding concepts, and H&B tools.
  • Provide guidance on benefit plan analysis, design, cost avoidance, risk, and funding strategies.
  • Review technical and consulting accuracy on client projects, including pricing, employee contributions, plan design alternatives, and reserves.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead financial projects with small-to-midsized clients and work on cutting-edge projects alongside industry leaders.
  • Communicate complex financial/actuarial results effectively to drive client action.
  • Partner with Global Delivery Centers and Client Service teams for project management.
  • Build strong internal relationships and collaborate on cross-functional teams.
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience in professional services, preferably in benefit consulting, brokerage, health underwriting, or actuarial functions of insurance companies.
  • Advanced knowledge of health and welfare products & services.
  • Experience with big data analytics techniques preferred.
  • State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
  • Relevant financial experience and/or a university degree.

This role requires flexibility, hybrid approach combining remote, in-person, and in-office work tailored to team and client needs.
