Clinical Operations Specialist

  • Measure performance of CRM channels, improve segmentation, calendar, process, and oversee test/control execution
  • Provide relevant recommendations and next steps from results
  • Work cross-functional with design, BI, Global CRM areas in pursuit of optimizing processes and results
  • Share and adopt best practices/projects of the channel with the global CRM team
  • Support and implement promotional strategies on CRM Channels
Required Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for a business-oriented analyst with expertise in E-mail channels, possessing intermediate Excel skills, and experience working directly with Ecommerce, Marketplace, or Retail. You should have fluency in Portuguese and advanced English language skills.

  • E-mail channel experience (minimum 2 years)
  • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, if, vlookup, dashs)
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and drawing insights
  • Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English language skills
