About the Role:
Sales Associate, Operations position responsible for supporting Gartner's data analytics tools to help fulfill our Ops Sales Delivery strategy. You will work hand in hand with the Sales Ops Manager responsible for driving sales data analytics and delivering exceptional analytical insights to internal stakeholders and to senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of sales data analytics tools to drive business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights to senior management and internal stakeholders.
- Provide analytical support to Sales Ops Manager to drive sales performance and improvement.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written).
- 1-2 years of work experience with teams in data-oriented roles.
- Good logical and analytical skills, quantitatively focused - have a very strong grasp of mathematics/statistics.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (i.e., Excel, PowerPoint), PowerBI.
- Excellent organization skills.
- High level of attention to details.
- Bachelor's degree (Administration, Production Engineering, International Relations, Economics or Technology).
- Intermediate-level English.
