Financial Planning and Analysis Professional

This role supports the organization's financial planning and forecasting activities, participating in simplification efforts. The finance leader delivers key analytics and reporting to local and global stakeholders, integrating/developing processes that meet business needs across the organization.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support financial/business planning
  • Create and execute periodic operational and financial dashboards
  • Report financial estimates in global financial tools
  • Participate in quarterly/yearly financial closing processes (e.g., income statement variance analysis, balance sheet variance analysis)
  • Provide financial data to functional teams to drive business growth
  • Develop data analytics to identify business performance drivers
  • Identify financial risks and opportunities throughout the quarter, support risks mitigation and opportunities capitalization
  • Consolidate actuals operating performance and report to key stakeholders
  • Work with FP&A analysts and operations leaders to drive opportunities for improvement in variable and base cost buckets
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Engineering, or Business Administration
  • Prior work experience within the Finance function, preferably in FP&A
  • Solid influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of process improvement and automation
  • Fluent in Portuguese and English. Spanish a plus
