Strategic Marketing Lead Job

This is a critical role responsible for leading marketing strategies and initiatives. The successful candidate will create Regional Marketing Plans in coordination with the Global Management Team, ensuring local execution of global marketing priorities.

  • Create Regional Marketing Plan in coordination with Global Management Team for launching in a complex market;
  • Shape the market, standard of care, and need for treatment;
  • Develop and coordinate market research with key stakeholders;
  • Strong metric capabilities, mapping marketing, and leading analysis and projections;
  • Work closely with Access team to ensure best initiatives, alignment, and access submissions in Latin America;
  • Build relationships with physicians, advocates, and manage key opinion leaders;
  • Ensure local execution of global marketing priorities, working with medical, access, and sales teams;
  • Manage effective relationships and partnerships between internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and medical teams;
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievements by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities;
  • Lead multichannel strategies for franchises, printed materials, virtual approaches, events, and congresses;
  • Understand P&L concept and coordinate initiatives to achieve goals;
  • Implement ROI tools to maximize and select initiatives;
  • Experience working in a multinational company, participating in strategic discussions, forums, and presentations;
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment leading the entire Latin America market approach;
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
  • Experience launching complex products;
  • Experience working with endopediatricians;
  • MBA or specialization in marketing preferred;
  • Fluent English mandatory, advanced Spanish desired;
  • Good planning, organizational, written, and oral communication skills;
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills;
  • Leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, proactivity, adaptability, people management, and development skills;
  • Good technical ability with strategy development, rare disease marketing dynamics, brand development, and management;
