Technical Sales Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to expand our presence in the Brazilian market. The ideal candidate will be a team player, passionate about technology and committed to driving growth and customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be proactive, able to learn quickly and manage time and projects effectively, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing implementation schedules for IoT technology and network solutions.
  • Providing technical support and performing project handovers to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Identifying business leads and opportunities, collaborating with account managers to develop effective strategies.
  • Driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction by promoting product vision and working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Developing and implementing technical requirements and solutions within projects, trials, and requirements.
  • Maintaining customer relationships and identifying key business customers.
  • Traveling as needed and adapting to flexible work hours throughout the sales territory.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of pre-sales experience, preferably in safety or security technologies.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of IoT, data networks, electronics, and electrical properties.
  • Knowledge of wireless connectivity, plan interpretation, and API management.
  • Residency in São José dos Campos SP or nearby areas.
  • Advanced English or Spanish language skills (desired).
