We are seeking a technical professional to play a vital role in our team. This individual will be responsible for ensuring the operational stability and performance of our production application flows.
About the Role- Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows to ensure seamless service delivery supporting business operations.
- Improve operational stability and availability through problem management participation.
- Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools.
- Assist in issue escalation and communication to stakeholders.
- Identify trends and manage incidents, problems, and changes in support of full-stack technology systems.
- At least 2 years of experience troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining IT services.
- Knowledge of applications or infrastructure in large-scale technology environments.
- Exposure to observability and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework processes.
