We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Operations Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our school-wide technology systems, securing platforms, and supporting staff and families.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide technical support and issue resolution services to staff, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations during high-demand periods.
- Implement IT security practices by configuring systems, managing access, and ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.
- Manage Google Workspace and Zoom environments, apply secure configurations, manage accounts, and support integrations with school systems.
- Assist in evaluating and rolling out new tools, maintain IT documentation and policies, and support data retention, recovery, and process improvements.
- Experience in IT support, preferably in an educational environment.
- Proficiency with Google Admin Console, Zoom, and related tools.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities across platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
