Job Opportunity:

The Director of Paid Growth – DTC Focus will lead our digital acquisition strategy across Meta Ads and Google Ads for a portfolio of high-growth brands.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who's fluent in numbers, platforms, and creative — someone who can scale revenue efficiently while building systems and insights that last.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead full-funnel paid media strategy across Meta and Google Ads
  • Own campaign performance across multiple markets
  • Work directly with creative, CRO, and product teams to build high-converting customer journeys
  • Oversee media buying, budget allocation, forecasting, and ROAS optimisation
  • Test and implement new targeting strategies, ad formats, and funnel structures
  • Build and mentor a team of media buyers and performance analysts
  • Report directly on paid growth KPIs and learnings

Requirements:

  • 6–10+ years in paid media, with proven success scaling DTC brands via Facebook & Google
  • Strong command of CAC, ROAS, LTV, blended MER, and attribution models
  • Deep experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, GA4
  • Strong leadership skills — with the ability to zoom in on the numbers and zoom out on strategy
  • Bonus: Experience working with Shopify or similar DTC stack
