Job Title: Transformation Leader

We are seeking a skilled transformation leader to drive organizational change and ensure a seamless transition into new systems.

  • The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leading organizational change initiatives, with a focus on process improvement and protocol development.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Developing and implementing change management strategies to drive business growth and efficiency.
  2. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
  3. Leading the implementation of new processes and protocols, ensuring minimal disruption to existing operations.
  4. Providing training and support to employees to ensure a smooth transition to new systems.
  5. Tracking progress and reporting to senior business leaders and stakeholders.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a leadership role, with a focus on change management.
  • Proficiency in change management principles, frameworks, and tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Master's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • CCMP (Certified Change Management Professional) certification.
  • Experience in monitoring change management protocols from start to finish.
