As a Director of Client Growth, you will lead the management and development of client relationships through strategic performance marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment between their needs and company goals.
- You will identify opportunities to scale client accounts, consistently meeting or exceeding profitability targets within a 6-month timeframe.
- You will oversee the onboarding process to decrease time-to-launch by coordinating internal efforts across Sales and Operations.
- You will manage day-to-day campaign execution, ensuring timely deliverables aligned with client Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- You will provide regular updates on campaign performance using clear and compelling insights tailored to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- You will analyze performance data to optimize strategy in real-time, driving better outcomes across client portfolios.
- You must possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate complex information to various stakeholders.
- You should have a proven track record in managing multiple client relationships concurrently with attention to detail.
- You should be able to leverage data to showcase performance and drive business growth.
- You must build and nurture client relationships while identifying growth opportunities.
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing or affiliate marketing, focusing on performance marketing and client relationship management.
