Job Description

The role of Panel Engagement Strategist involves developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance panel engagement, retention, and size across various centralized panels and key markets. This requires ensuring alignment with the organization's multiple brand guidelines and objectives.

This position will focus on consistently articulating and communicating the company's marketing strategy, maintaining the quality of all centralized panel brands, and building strong relationships with panel members through timely and professional communication and customer service.

Working hours for this role will be from 6:30 am to 3:00 pm Brazil time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Panel Engagement Team Lead to deliver strategic goals for panel size, engagement, and retention across all centralized panel brands and key markets.
  • Provide support and cover for Panel Engagement Team Lead, including organizing workload & campaigns, leading meetings & reports coordination.
  • Owning defined Panel Engagement initiatives and working effectively with the Panel Engagement Assistants and Analysts on these initiatives to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Responsible for the ongoing evaluation and analysis of live campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for optimization across all centralized panel brands.
  • Ensure deadlines are met, working within agreed timelines for all panel engagement and retention activities.
  • Collaborate effectively with all Panel functions and team as required to ensure Global Panel goals are delivered.
  • Provide high-quality user experience to panel members, ensuring high-quality campaigns are delivered and mistakes minimized.
  • Respond to enquiries in appropriate language, within agreed timelines, and following M3 processes.
