Logistics Cost Efficiency Specialist

This role is responsible for analyzing and monitoring operational KPIs across the region, conducting root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations, Fraud, and Compliance.
Responsibilities
- Develop scalable cost performance analysis and reporting mechanisms to support decision-making processes;
- Monitor and control logistics costs, analyze cost variances and root causes, draw conclusions and communicate recommendations;
- Proactively identify risks, engage key stakeholders, provide and communicate solutions to complex cost issues as they arise;
- Prepare reports querying and manipulating large datasets using SQL; Work with Analytics and BI teams to ensure data quality;
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field;
- Experience in building cost control mechanisms, estimating costs and justifying variances;
- Strong problem-solving ability and root cause analysis skills;
- Experience writing optimized SQL queries for large datasets; Experience with Python is a plus;
