Job Title: Professional Development Expert

Hatch, a renowned consultancy firm, is seeking an experienced Professional Development Manager to join its Advisory group in Belo Horizonte. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing professional development programs for South American staff members, coordinating resourcing and staffing plans, and managing formal training programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Professional Development Programs: Develop and implement semiannual people review processes for advisory staff, establish mentorship and development leader processes for global staff, and ensure that development plans are in place.
  • Coordinate Resourcing and Staffing Planning: Analyze project needs and match them to staff skills and development requirements, coordinate project assignments for junior and mid-level staff, and maintain up-to-date staffing plans.
  • Oversee Formal Training Programs: Coordinate regional training courses, maintain accurate training records, collect and update staff skillsets and project experience records.
  • Continuously Improve Programs: Develop and maintain a 12-month improvement roadmap and support the onboarding and roll-out of similar roles across other regions.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three to four years of experience in a professional consulting firm.
  • The ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with high growth, ambiguous, and changing circumstances.
  • Strong hands-on approach as well as demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships.
