Nature and Scope:
The Principal HR Representative reports to an HR Supervisor who heads up Human Resource Manager. Key interfaces include senior managers of business units, who require advice on long-term plans for hiring, skill building, reorganizations, management assignments, communications, compensation, recognition plans, and company-wide training.
Working directly with senior management on strategic issues involves researching and advising benefit strategy, overall remuneration design, and change management.
Additionally, the Principal Representative represents the organization in employee relations, mediation, arbitration, or other legal matters. They serve as the lead liaison between external partners in a particular area of expertise.
